CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in patient care, home care, and personal care
  • Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion
  • Ability to work independently and remotely when needed
  • 1+ year of experience providing personal care in a home or facility setting
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance
  • CPR certification
  • CNA, HHA, or similar certification (a plus)
  • Experience using a Hoyer Lift or similar equipment (beneficial)
