JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Quality Assurance Auditor schedules and assesses the Quality Management system of the company. This includes business processes including management and product realization processes, manufacturing processes, and specialized audits such as Repair Station, Digital Product Definition and Supply Chain audits. The Corporate Quality Assurance auditor needs to be well versed in the Quality Management System, create audit templates and reports, and lead a team of auditors. The auditor is also responsible to create and maintain a training program that yields qualified auditors. The Corporate Quality Assurance Auditor coordinates external audits with stakeholders such as AS9100 registrars, the Federal Aviation Administration, and customers.

This function will require travel to all BEI divisions in the United States and Mexico. The auditor will be familiar with corrective and improvement tools to analyze and implement corrections and improvements through the use of quality tools such as Process mapping, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, Kaizens, A3s, fishbones, root cause analysis etc. The Corporate Quality Assurance Auditor will interface with executive management and site level management.
