Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Raleigh, NC.
Provides ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio by implementing strategy set forth for acquisition and disposition of leased and fee simple CRE. Negotiates and coordinates field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions, tenant leasing and disposition of surplus CRE through sale, subleasing or early lease termination. Maintains databases and reporting, coordinates with internal departments, researches and makes market strategy recommendations including merger and acquisition activities.

Bachelor''s Degree and 4 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institution Corporate Real Estate & Transaction Management/Portfolio Administration OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institution Corporate Real Estate & Transaction Management/Portfolio Administration
