Our client, a prestigious financial services firm, is seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior corporate reception experience who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr

Position Overview:
The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring a seamless experience for clients, executives, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment, preferably within financial services or another professional services industry.

Responsibilities for the Corporate Receptionist:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees.
  • Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Manage conference room reservations and meeting logistics.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with office operations, supply inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Support meeting preparation, catering requests, and visitor management.
  • Provide administrative assistance to internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism.
Required Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist:
  • Previous corporate reception experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist:
  • Experience working within a financial services, banking, investment, or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting executives or office operations.
  • Exposure to hospitality, client services, or administrative support functions.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
