Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of their Executive Office. Salary/Hourly Rate: $24/hr - $25/hr
$26/hr - $28/hr upon conversion (DOE)
Position Overview: The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for creating a first-class experience for employees, executives, clients, and guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office. Working alongside another receptionist, this individual will manage front desk operations, coordinate conference rooms, assist with executive meetings and events, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced executive environment.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Receptionist:- Greet clients, executives, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Register guests, issue visitor badges, and notify hosts of arrivals
- Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures.
- Manage conference room calendars and coordinate meeting room reservations.
- Prepare conference rooms before meetings and reset rooms afterward
- Coordinate catering, meeting materials, and event logistics
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Restock office and conference room supplies
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
Required Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist:- Previous corporate reception or administrative experience.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional executive presence and polished communication.
- Comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule when business needs require.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist:- Experience working in corporate headquarters, financial services, real estate, or other executive office environments.
- Experience coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and corporate events.
- Hospitality or luxury client service experience is a plus.
Education Requirements:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
