Position Overview We are seeking a Banking Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives. The selected candidate will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies, review candidates, and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop short- and long-term recruitment strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and High-Volume Screeners.
Deliver an excellent candidate and customer experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Act as a brand ambassador in the talent marketplace for the business areas supported.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to provide proactive recruiting solutions.
Review HireVue interviews and/or conduct phone screens of qualified candidates provided by screeners.
Build diverse candidate pipelines and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including evaluating, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles.
