A leading Fortune 100 organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, databases, and internet research.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Partner with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that align with hiring objectives.
- Assist with offer negotiations and support compensation discussions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting established hiring timelines.
- Provide recruiting guidance and support to managers throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity practices.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for professional and corporate positions.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience utilizing multiple recruiting channels.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
