A leading Fortune 100 organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, databases, and internet research.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and overall fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that align with hiring objectives.
  • Assist with offer negotiations and support compensation discussions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting established hiring timelines.
  • Provide recruiting guidance and support to managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity practices.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for professional and corporate positions.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience utilizing multiple recruiting channels.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
