Position DescriptionTitle: Talent Acquisition SpecialistDepartment: Human ResourcesImmediate Supervisor: Talent Acquisition ManagerStatus: Exempt SalariedPosition Purpose: Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates for IPG North America; advising managers; and managing intern program. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.Principle Accountabilities
Responsible for all entry and mid-level salaried recruiting for IPG North America.Oversees and ensures compliance with requisition and advertising processes for all positions for IPG North America.Reviews all incoming resumes and applications for fit with role, and forwards qualified applications to internal stakeholders.Sets up assessments for candidates and routes results to relevant stakeholders prior to in-person interview process.Facilitates communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, including setting up candidate travel, interview schedules, and logistics of interviews.Oversees and ensures compliance with offer process for candidates.Onboards all salaried new hires to IPG through designated onboard process, including entering new hires into payroll system.Creates, supports, and continuously improves hiring process for salaried hires throughout IPG North America.Manages intern program by conducting orientations and partnering with internal stakeholders on scheduling rotations and assignments.Partners with Accounts Payable to reconcile all recruiting invoices to proper cost centers.Partners with Payroll department to assist in processing candidate expense reportsAssists with HR and related projects as requested by Corporate HR team.All other related tasks as requested by Manager.
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required2-4 years of recruiting experienceDemonstrated excellent organizational skillsDemonstrated excellent detail-oriented skills requiredDemonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Web-Based applications, including video conferencing, required.
