Job Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)
Duration: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of corporate and professional positions across multiple business functions, while supporting onboarding activities and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and can effectively manage a high volume of requisitions. This individual will recruit for a variety of positions, including analysts, engineers, HR, finance, supply chain, logistics, and other corporate support functions, while leveraging strong sourcing, reporting, and organizational skills to meet hiring objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of corporate positions
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Negotiate and extend employment offers
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate reporting and hiring metrics
  • Support onboarding activities, including background checks, employment verification, new hire documentation, and orientation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with workforce planning and other talent acquisition initiatives

Positions You'll Recruit For

Recruit for a variety of corporate and professional roles, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Engineering, Quality, Analytics, and other business support functions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions, including analyst, technical, and business support roles
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience utilizing ATS and HRIS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and provide actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Experience recruiting corporate-level talent within manufacturing, automotive, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or related industries
  • Experience recruiting analysts, engineers, HR, finance, or professional-level talent
  • Experience with Cornerstone or similar ATS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
