Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Green Bay to support hiring needs across designated business areas. The Corporate Recruiter will manage a full-cycle recruiting desk and partner with hiring leaders to provide guidance on market trends, talent availability and recruiting best practices to support successful hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Handle all full-cycle recruiting activities including direct sourcing, resume reviewing, phone screening, consensus facilitation and offer creation.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen Schneider's employer brand through strategic social media engagement and participation in campus recruiting events.
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruiting strategy, selection decisions, compensation philosophy and the overall hiring process.
Skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience using behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to take initiative and be a self-starter.
