A leading national organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume and professional hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and candidate databases.
  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Identify, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates for a variety of professional-level positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
  • Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview coordination throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer management activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and service-level expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, equal employment opportunity guidelines, and internal hiring policies.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives and contribute to talent acquisition process improvements.
  • Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting professional-level talent across multiple business functions.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
