About the Role:
The Corporate Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment efforts across North America, partnering with HR leaders and business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent. This role is responsible for executing recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
The role also leads university recruiting and early career programs while driving manufacturing and skilled trades talent pipelines to support current operations and future workforce needs in a multi-site industrial environment.
