Description
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process across corporate functions, from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Develop and execute creative sourcing and talent research strategies to identify exceptional candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders
- Gain a deep understanding of business objectives and translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to build candidate assessment frameworks and facilitate structured interview processes
- Lead interview debriefs, calibration discussions, and hiring recommendations
- Manage and drive the offer process, including offer preparation, approvals, presentation, and candidate closing strategies
- Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to provide insights and recommendations to business partners and HR leadership
- Represent the organization and recruiting function both internally and externally, helping strengthen the employer brand
- Build and maintain relationships with external search firms and talent partners
- Participate in and lead cross-functional recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives as needed
Profile
A successful Corporate Recruiter should have:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment within the human resources or business services industry.
- Proven success identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process.
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
