About the RoleCorporate Recruiter – responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for positions across all corporate brands, and for developing and executing a best‑in‑class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top‑level talent.What You'll DoSource and build a pipeline of candidates using referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, and other channels.Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates.Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates.Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.Pre‑screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, and reference checks.Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and communicate with all applicants not hired or deemed unqualified.Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment.Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process.What You'll Bring2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast‑paced organization.Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.Extensive knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation.Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.).Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion.BenefitsTraining and Development: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Medical: Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision premiums for employees and eligible dependents, and gym benefits.Financial: Generous company 401(k) contributions and employee stock ownership after one year.Work‑Life Balance: Competitive PTO and work‑from‑home opportunities after an introductory period.#J-18808-Ljbffr
