Corporate Recruiter

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization to identify a Corporate Recruiter in Richardson, TX. This role is 100% onsite and will focus on high-volume recruiting for sales and client success teams while partnering closely with hiring leaders to support the company's continued growth.

This position is ideal for a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building talent pipelines, and understands what it takes to identify and attract top-performing sales professionals.

Required:

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment
• Proven experience recruiting high-volume sales, customer success, or customer-facing positions
• Experience sourcing talent through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and social media platforms
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment with recurring hiring classes

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms such as Paycor
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting events, or job fairs
• Creative sourcing skills with the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for high-turnover or recurring roles
