Schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5 pm

Location: Secaucus NJ 07094 (Remote)

Job Type: local contract

Contract Length: 6 Months +

Pay Range: $35-$55 per hour

• Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

## Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from requisition intake through candidate placement and start date.
• Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create and post job openings across appropriate recruiting platforms.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Manage the inbound applicant pipeline and identify qualified passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate profiles and recruitment recommendations.
• Assist hiring managers throughout the interview, selection, and decision-making process.
• Drive the interview and offer process, including reference checks and offer coordination.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

## Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within a healthcare, diagnostics, technology, or other large corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across multiple professional-level functions.
• Strong experience conducting candidate phone screens and assessing qualifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline development skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and personable communication style with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong judgment and ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and overall fit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

## Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience recruiting within a large corporate, healthcare, diagnostics, or technology organization.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, IT, R&D, Commercial, or Sales.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Familiarity with compensation structures, market benchmarking, benefits, or general HR operations.
• Experience using AI or technology-driven tools to enhance sourcing and recruiting efficiency.
