Location: Stamford, CT
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Contract: Long-term contract opportunity with strong potential to extend into 2027

About the Opportunity

A leading national organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its internal Talent Acquisition team in Stamford, CT. This is a highly visible recruiting role supporting professional and corporate hiring across the organization and partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing multiple requisitions, developing sourcing strategies, partnering closely with business leaders, and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.

The position is currently structured as a contract opportunity with a strong likelihood of extending into 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer acceptance.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, candidate profiles, and recruiting priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified professional candidates.
  • Post job advertisements and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen and interview prospective candidates to evaluate experience, qualifications, career interests, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
  • Present qualified candidate slates to hiring managers and provide recommendations throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions and recruiting priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Assist with offer development and compensation discussions while balancing candidate expectations and internal compensation guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide professional recruiting consultation and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support organizational strategies related to compensation, talent development, diversity, equal employment practices, and overall workforce planning.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional and/or corporate positions.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, databases, networking, and other candidate-generation strategies.
  • Experience screening, interviewing, qualifying, and presenting professional candidates.
  • Working knowledge of compensation considerations, offer negotiation, and employment practices.
  • Experience working within an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a polished, experienced corporate recruiter who can step into an established Talent Acquisition organization and quickly take ownership of open requisitions. This individual should be comfortable consulting with hiring managers, proactively sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, and balancing multiple priorities while providing a high level of service.

Candidates with experience recruiting within large, complex or enterprise organizations will be particularly well suited for this opportunity.

Work Arrangement

This position follows a 4/1 hybrid schedule, with four days per week working onsite in Stamford, Connecticut, and one day working remotely.
