Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others in recruitment and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
