Job TitleResponsible for supporting employment-based permanent residency (green card) processes while also delivering full cycle recruitment primarily in Technology and Operations.Lead and coordinate immigration-related recruitment activities, documentation, and compliance requirements in partnership with the Sr Manager-Talent Acquisition leader, legal counsel, hiring leaders, and HR partners. Additionally, source, assess, and select qualified candidates for strategic hiring needs in a cost-effective manner. Build strong relationships with Hiring Leaders and collaborate with internal business partners to ensure both immigration and talent acquisition objectives are met.
