Description

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Corporate Recruiter is a full-time, in-office position, and is responsible owning full desk recruitment functions across multiple business segments. We are seeking a candidate who is a problem solver, and is experienced utilizing systems and process to drive continuous efficiency improvement into the department. This individual is cool under pressure, works well in a team environment, and understands the value of providing a concierge-type service to our internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide a Best-In-Class candidate experience from initial sourcing activity through candidate on-boarding
  • Develop business segment- specific recruitment strategies to consistently deliver top-talent and maintain desired staffing levels
  • Generating and maintaining a "pro-active" approach to meet the dynamic staffing needs of the organization
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal (People Leaders) and external (Candidates and Candidate Sources) stakeholders
  • Maintain records on recruiting activities as required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of high-volume Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment required
  • Proven success of executing full life-cycle Talent Acquisition functions in multiple professional disciplines (Sales, Finance, IT, Customer Service, Transportation Distribution, etc.)
  • Experience in recruiting for positions on-site as well as in the field
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute strategies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Working knowledge of local and federal employment regulations
