Work Location
This is an on-site position. The preference is for the recruiter to be based in Wichita, Kansas City or Oklahoma City so that they can have close proximity and maintain strong connections with hiring managers and leadership.
Compensation & Benefits

Target salary range: $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience, demonstrated recruiting capability, and overall fit.
