Position Responsibilities:
- Support the management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime
- Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies by working with equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
- Develop digital “Job Cards” to support maintenance inspections and repetitive work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Support Plant Champions with implementation of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
- Assist in the development and execution of lubrication strategies and standards
- Support implementation of the company’s color-coded labeling system of matching lubricant to point of use
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience
