Corporate Representative

Consulting firm They seek a Corporate Representative to join their Baltimore, MD office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group job readiness workshops covering workplace expectations, communication, interviewing, professionalism, and job search strategies
• Deliver career development instruction and provide support with resumes, cover letters, applications, and interview preparation
• Create and update training materials, lesson plans, and participant engagement activities
• Complete participant intake, eligibility screenings, and ongoing job readiness assessments
• Develop individualized employment plans and provide one-on-one career coaching and case management
• Identify employment barriers and connect participants with supportive services and community resources
• Monitor participant progress through regular in-person, phone, and virtual follow-ups before and after job placement
• Connect participants with job opportunities, vocational training, educational programs, certifications, and career advancement resources
• Maintain accurate case notes, attendance records, participant files, database entries, and required program reports
• Achieve enrollment, participation, job placement, and retention goals while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in workforce development, adult education, career counseling, case management, or social services
• Experience facilitating classroom instruction, workshops, or training sessions preferred
• Experience developing individualized employment or service plans
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and workforce development best practices is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other case management systems preferred
