Corporate Restructuring team in New York is seeking outstanding lateral candidates (Class of 2020-2018) with proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Ideal candidates should have substantial company-side experience as well as a mix of other representations (including representation of creditors and lenders). High level of academic achievement, bankruptcy court clerkships and experience in the restructuring practice of a peer firm are preferred qualifications. Qualified candidates should be admitted to practice law in New York. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
