Job Title: Corporate Restructuring (Senior Associate)
Job Location: Chicago, IL

Description:
  • Client is looking for a senior associate to join the Financial Restructuring Practice Group.
  • Candidates should have at least six years of experience with restructuring matters, including out-of-court restructurings and workouts and complex business reorganizations (Chapter 11) representing lenders and debtors.
  • This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated in-court and out-of-court restructurings for institutional and private credit lenders and large public and private companies across a range of industries.
  • Candidate will have extensive experience including negotiating and drafting loan documents, exercising remedies and drafting core restructuring documents and pleadings, including plans of reorganization, restructuring support agreements, first-day motions, and other chapter 11 filings.
  • All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills.
  • We will consider candidates for our Chicago and New York offices.
  • All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
