Corporate Security Officer

Valcor Security is a veteran-owned security company. We are hiring Corporate Security Officers for a technology client operating under a government contract in Hawthorne. The post protects personnel, property, access points and sensitive operations. U.S. military service or prior law-enforcement experience is required by the contract.

Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time; day, swing or night shift, with the exact assignment confirmed at interview
Employment: W-2, paid sick leave, overtime paid when worked

What you will do

• Control access and verify employees, visitors and vendors
• Patrol the site every hour and document each round in our Belfry app
• Protect confidential information and sensitive areas
• Respond to incidents by the post orders and emergency procedures
• Work with site leadership, client management and Valcor operations

What you need

• U.S. military veteran (DD214) or prior law-enforcement experience
• At least 2 years of security experience
• Active California BSIS Guard Card
• Ability to pass the contract's background screening
• Reliable transportation and on-time attendance
