About The RoleSummaryThis position reports into an Audit Manager responsible for executing the audit plan covering Glacier's Operational risks. The individual will lead and complete audits in the Operations area with limited oversight.LocationCorporate position; may be located at an available bank division across our nine-state footprint: AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY.CompensationEntry level $81,764.23+ per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). Compensation offers consider geographic location, experience, education. WA applicants range $89,059.78 to $133,589.68 per year.ResponsibilitiesLead scheduled audits, executing from start to finish with limited direction.Track and validate audit issues to ensure appropriate resolution.Participate in Continuous Monitoring activities in Operations division.Prepare draft written audit reports for Manager review.Conduct detailed process walkthroughs with management, identifying risks and controls.Document clear audit workpapers outlining purpose, scope, procedures, and conclusions.Identify control gaps or deficiencies and assess impact to Glacier.Present audit results to internal audit leadership and business management.Maintain internal audit competency through ongoing professional development.Stay current on emerging risks within Operations.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Comply with all company policies, laws, regulations; complete required online training.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other business‑related field.ExperienceRequired: 4+ years of audit or related banking experience.
