Corporate Shuttle Driver

Job Summary

Responsible for safely transporting passengers between designated locations using a company shuttle vehicle. The role includes following assigned routes and schedules, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining transportation records, ensuring passenger safety, and providing excellent customer service while complying with all traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle vehicle along assigned routes.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, passenger counts, and trip logs.
• Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate delays, incidents, or vehicle concerns to management.
• Pick up and deliver mail between office locations as needed.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents during transit.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to follow schedules and assigned routes.
