    Job Description:

    About the Role

“We make magic.” That’s our motto at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. And it permeates everything we do. At Disney, you’ll help inspire that magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of entertainment and create the never-before-seen!

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team is part of the Public Affairs division at Walt Disney World® Resort and collaborates with internal partners across the company to address the most critical needs in our communities. We create magic inside our parks by granting wishes to critically ill children and their families. We also extend the magic of Disney into our communities through volunteering and making significant financial and non-financial investments in causes that make a difference every day in the lives of those around us.

    What You Will Do

Because no social responsibility issues are alike, you’ll gain experience working across multiple areas to create collaboration and add dimension to our initiatives, ultimately leading to lasting positive impacts in our communities. You’ll assist with project management, research and issue development, strategy and implementation, special events, and executing assigned tactics.

As a CSR Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Assist with the identification and tracking of issues relevant to Walt Disney World through research and analysis.
    • Work with community nonprofits to better understand their challenges and barriers.
    • Support internal processes to help bridge gaps in community needs through unique Disney resources.
    • Work with internal and external partners to plan, support, and execute special events, Disney VoluntEARS, campaigns, and drives.
    • Tell the Disney CSR story in a creative, relevant way to strengthen our reputation and raise awareness of the causes we support.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
    • Additional project work as assigned by External Affairs leadership.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, Florida, from January 2027 through June 2027.
