The goIT Program Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility, will help implement TCS' STEM strategy, by supporting the delivery of TCS goIT program to increase engagement, achievement, and persistence among students. The ideal candidate will have teaching and leading experience and is self-directed with effective presentation, facilitation, and training experience in an educational environment. The goIT Lead will have a reflective and entrepreneurial approach to program development and advancement. They will work as part of the global goIT team to support the on-site and virtual delivery of programming across North America and support the goIT Monthly Challenge globally. The Lead will also help prepare materials and coordinate coordination for upcoming programming. As part of the goIT team, the CSR goIT Lead will contribute towards reaching ambitious national and global goals for the program. Working with a partially remote team, this individual will have effective communication skills and will understand the nature of developing a program in an entrepreneurial environment. This position offers excellent opportunity to make measurable impact on local and global communities. This position will involve up to 35% travel within the United States.
goIT Program:
Support the coordination of national and international competitions
On-site/ virtual program support § Manage partnerships and programming coordination for schools § Effectively lead goIT training for program partners § Assist in-person/ virtual during large-scale goIT programs.
Includes problem solving with teachers, supporting on-site/ virtual, collecting content for communications and social media § Collect and analyze pre-and-post survey data for all events
Facilitating virtual work experience program

Create internal and external facing content to promote and recap events

Represent TCS in external forums, events, and conferences.
