Lead a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Clinical Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to

interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Recruit for a variety of corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers to

understand staffing needs and position requirements.

Source, attract, and recruit Clinical Registered Dietitians (RDs) and other healthcare

professionals to support HHS’s clinical staffing needs.

Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for both corporate and clinical positions.

Utilize proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through LinkedIn,

professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.

Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications,

experience, and alignment with HHS’s culture and organizational values.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, core competencies, and

performance expectations.

Recruitment Operations & Technology

Utilize Workday as the primary Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage job

requisitions, candidate activity, interview processes, and recruitment

documentation.

Ensure accurate and timely updates to candidate records and recruitment activity within

Workday.

Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified

candidates.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal hiring

processes.

Provide a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the

recruitment process.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality corporate and

clinical talent.

Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and

recruitment priorities.

Provide insights into market trends, salary expectations, candidate availability, and

industry-specific recruitment challenges.

Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate quality,

and retention trends.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and overall

hiring outcomes.

Support HHS’s employer brand by promoting our culture, career opportunities, and

commitment to employee growth.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

preferred.

2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or

in-house recruiting environment.

Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate positions and Clinical

Registered Dietitian (RD) roles. Experience in both areas is required.

Hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is

required.

Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.

Proven ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates using LinkedIn

Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and talent

pipeline development.

Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment compliance, and fair hiring practices.

Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced

environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting within the healthcare, clinical, hospitality, or service industries.

Familiarity with Clinical Registered Dietitian qualifications, certifications, and

industry-specific hiring requirements.

Experience with recruitment analytics, sourcing metrics, and talent acquisition reporting.

Experience developing creative sourcing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
