TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Purpose --------
The Technical Support Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Engineering Technical Support (ETS) Team and serves as an integral partner to the ETS Team Leader. This role provides technical support to EFCOs worldwide users, maintains and improves the ETS Request System, and assists in the development and enhancement of ETS processes. The position is also responsible for the digitization and delivery of digital content-including Warehouse Manuals-and ensures the delivery of high-quality service to internal and external customers. The role must exemplify EFCOs core ideology, values, and purpose.
