Compensation: $90k - $100k plus competitive bonus

The team is looking for an Associate to join their Corporate Strategy group who will be able to help define and accelerate the company's growth trajectory.

The Corporate Strategy Associate will be responsible for:

• Participating in the design and iteration of corporate strategy and long-term growth initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership.
• Supporting strategic projects including market expansion, portfolio optimization, business transformation, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborating across business units to ensure strategic priorities are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Supporting corporate development activities, including M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Support multiple business cases, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and developing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Preparing executive- and board-level presentations on key strategic initiatives and business performance.

The Corporate Strategy Associate should have:

• 2-3+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, analytics, operations, or finance.
• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, analytics, software, business intelligence, or related industries preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating strategic transactions, including M&A, partnerships, or joint ventures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and boards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
