Looking for someone who is a Certified ATC Trainer and a background in Kinesiology. Also someone who has done corporate fitness or ex-military.
Level III: 5-8 Years of Experience. Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Assist in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards to promote a safe working environment. Support the implementation and maintenance of safety programs and emergency response plans. Monitor and maintain safety equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition. Document and report safety incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement. Deliver safety training and briefings to employees to enhance awareness of safe work practices. Collaborate with supervisors and safety advisors to address safety concerns and implement effective solutions. Stay informed on safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
