Job Summary and Qualifications The Corporate Support Analyst will serve as an integration and scheduling workflow consultant, recommending, implementing and supporting scheduling solutions across multiple digital access points. In this role you will: Consult, recommend and implement appropriate solutions for digital appointment scheduling using established best practices for physicians, practices and hospital facility workflows Recommend and implement correct calendars that align with the referral strategies of the stakeholder and Parallon Configure and validate API scheduling integrations for each electronic medical record (EMR) across HCA Healthcare at the provider and practice level Actively communicate and develop relationships with HCA divisional and corporate leadership Resolve and document technical support issues using Service Central and ensure incidents are completed or escalated within established service levels Serve as a testing resource that collaborates with our technical partners for new development, platform updates and troubleshooting technical issues Provide feedback to department leadership regarding training opportunities, process improvement, and scheduling best practices. What qualifications you will need: The position requires a knowledge level generally obtained through completion of a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent in demonstrated work experience. 3 years of experience utilizing computer software in a support or help desk role Preferably, knowledge of physician practice workflows, patient scheduling systems, and HL7 messaging Communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Establishes and maintains long-term relationships, building trust and respect Utilize HCA enterprise applications to analyze and triage issues Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point Benefits HCA Healthcare, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
