Position: Talent Development Program Specialist
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a dynamic Corporate Talent Development Program Specialist to support and lead the execution of enterprise learning and talent development initiatives. Working closely with the Talent Development Director, this role is responsible for delivering impactful programs that enhance employee capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support organizational growth.
The successful candidate will possess a bachelors degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including the design and delivery of corporate training programs. In addition, demonstrated expertise in program management, proficiency with learning technologies, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while communicating effectively across all organizational levels.

What You Bring:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in learning, talent development, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience designing and delivering learning and talent development programs in a corporate environment.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with strong facilitation capabilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and HRIS systems.
Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
