This role is essential to delivering impactful, modern, and accurate training that supports employee development, organizational culture, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This position will report on-site to our state-of-the art headquarters in Richmond Heights, Ohio. This position reports to the Director, ED&A.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging onboarding programs and ED&A-related training across multiple formats and media platformsConduct thorough research to ensure training content reflects current HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsRegularly update and enhance training materials to reflect changes in company policies, employment laws, and organizational needsFacilitate live training sessions, workshops, and new-hire orientation to create a positive and consistent employee experienceEnsure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all learning materials through structured quality assurance reviewsPartner with HR, department leaders, and SMEs to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goalsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR, corporate training, or organizational development (preferred)Experience in digital learning content creation tools (e.g., LMS platforms, authoring tools)1–3 years of experience developing training or curriculum materials (preferred)Experience facilitating live training sessions or leading onboarding programs (preferred)Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to work and build rapport at all levels are necessary to perform job at the expected level.High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate training contentStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practicesStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practicesAble to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment, with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestones.Strong personal and work ethics and integrity; proven track record of flexibility and professionalism.Position requires in-person office attendance.Position may require travel, as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
