Position Responsibilities
- Lead "Uline University" training programs which include half-day to full day onboarding, team building and professional development sessions.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams and external vendors to prepare and execute engaging learning programs that support employee growth and business goals.
- Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor class survey results to continually improve course offerings.
- Develop and mentor Trainers across the organization to drive consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years in Facilitation and Training Design, plus previous management experience.
- Industry certifications such as DDI, DiSC and MBTI preferred.
- Experience with LMS and eLearning practices a plus.
- Available to travel 20% of the year to Uline's North American locations.
