Description
Corporate Trainer Property Management
Multifamily Real Estate Investment firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with a multifamily property management background to lead and enhance training initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate teams.
Create onboarding programs and ensure consistent training completion for new hires.
Partner with department leaders to maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date training content.
Develop facilitator guides, training materials, and virtual learning resources.
Maintain training calendars, records, and reporting systems.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support property teams through occasional on-site training and coaching.
Qualifications:
3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
Prior training, onboarding, coaching, or instructional experience preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Zoom, Teams, and related platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and industry compliance requirements preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
