Position Overview:
Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite
Compensation: $100-120k/year

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational training needs through collaboration with leadership and analysis of performance gaps
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs, curriculum, and materials (in-person, virtual, and e-learning)
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees at all levels
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; adjust programs as needed
- Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business goals
- Manage and maintain learning systems, training schedules, and program documentation
- Support leadership development, employee engagement, and continuous learning initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends, training methodologies, and instructional design best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or instructional design
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple formats
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience working with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD)
- Experience supporting leadership development or enterprise-wide training initiatives
- Background in HR, talent development, or organizational development
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
