Position Overview:

Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite

Compensation: $100-120k/year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess organizational training needs through collaboration with leadership and analysis of performance gaps
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs, curriculum, and materials (in-person, virtual, and e-learning)
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees at all levels
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; adjust programs as needed
  • Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business goals
  • Manage and maintain learning systems, training schedules, and program documentation
  • Support leadership development, employee engagement, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Stay current on industry trends, training methodologies, and instructional design best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or instructional design
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple formats
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD, ATD)
  • Experience supporting leadership development or enterprise-wide training initiatives
  • Background in HR, talent development, or organizational development

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
