Compensation & Schedule
" Pay range $50,000 $65,000 annually
" Hours Full-time
" Employment type W2

Role Impact
Develops and maintains companywide training content, operational resources, and business communications that support onboarding, compliance, operational consistency, and employee development. Partners with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure training materials and operational communications are accurate, practical, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. Supports both Training Content and Corporate Operations initiatives while building toward future leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
" Training materials development including job aids, manuals, presentations, newsletters, and e-learning content
" Business communications creation including emails, announcements, procedure updates, and operational communications
" Onboarding resources support for corporate employees, Area Managers, field leadership, and branch employees
" Training content management including updates, version control, accessibility, and compliance alignment
" Operational rollout communications for meetings, training initiatives, new processes, and company programs

Minimum Qualifications
" 2+ years experience developing training content, instructional materials, procedural documentation, or business communications
" Business writing proficiency including proofreading, editing, grammar, and professional communications
" Training resource development experience including guides, presentations, manuals, newsletters, or job aids
" Content management and project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
