The Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the firm's corporate attorneys in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, monitoring compliance, and assisting with due diligence processes. The paralegal will aid in coordinating transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring the accurate handling of legal matters.
