We are seeking experienced Corporate Transactions Attorneys with strong M&A expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
Evaluate AI responses to M&A and contract-related scenarios.
Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.

Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
