Corporate Treasurer

A well-established, growth-oriented organization in the construction and project-based services industry is seeking an experienced Corporate Treasurer to lead enterprise treasury operations, liquidity strategy, banking relationships, and financial risk management. This is a highly visible leadership role partnering with executive leadership to support operational excellence, major projects, and long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide cash management, liquidity planning, and investment activities.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts across corporate and project operations.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury services, account structures, payment controls, and fee negotiations.
• Oversee credit facilities, including revolvers, letters of credit, covenant compliance, lender reporting, and borrowing capacity.
• Drive working capital optimization by partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Provide financial oversight for joint ventures and large-scale projects, including capital calls, distributions, and banking arrangements.
• Coordinate with Risk and Finance teams regarding bonding capacity, insurance requirements, collateral obligations, and financial guarantees.
• Establish and maintain strong treasury controls, fraud prevention measures, and banking access governance.
• Lead treasury technology enhancements and process improvements, including treasury and ERP system utilization.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations related to liquidity, debt, working capital, and financial risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.
• Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other project-driven industries strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of cash flow forecasting, working capital management, debt facilities, and banking operations.
• Experience supporting large projects, joint ventures, or complex operational environments.
• Treasury certification (CTP), MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
