Corporate Wellness and Health Nurse

Salary: $65K - $85K

What your day will look like:

• Conduct Pre-placement and Annual Employee Physical Assessments, Hearing Conservation and Pulmonary Program, Drug Screens, prepare charts/forms, and maintain associate medical records.
• Administer first aid and treatment of minor injuries or any illness
• Arrange transportation of injured associate to physician office/hospital 
• Provide direct patient care through first aid, physician referrals and follow up care to injured employees.

Type:    Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Four years clinical nursing experience with direct patient care
• Current Registered Nurse with active SC license & BLS
• Strong computer & documenting skills Word, Excel, EMR
