Hospitality Ambassador
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: $33.00/hr
Duration: 1 year
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners in a high-visibility corporate campus. Deliver a high-touch, white-glove hospitality experience while supporting secure campus access in partnership with Security. Responsibilities include front desk and lobby operations, visitor check-in, badge assignment, host notifications, vendor deliveries, VIP interactions, phone inquiries, parking and transportation programs, lobby amenities, and gnExpress delivery support. Maintain lobby supplies, support multiple lobbies as needed, and assist with operational projects and process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
3–4+ years of corporate hospitality, luxury hotel, concierge, or high-end retail experience
Visitor check-in, badge assignment, and host notification procedures
Secure access protocols and confidential information handling
Front desk and lobby operations
Vendor delivery, catering, and package coordination
Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Valid California driver's license
Ability to work fully onsite, 5 days per week, in South San Francisco
Hospitality or customer service experience in fast-paced restaurants, retail, or home improvement environments
VIP guest service and concierge support
Visitor management or call center tools
Parking, transportation, or lobby amenity program support
Experience supporting multiple service locations or rover coverage
Delivery service coordination and document distribution
