We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at a Correctional Facility in Phoenix, AZ. Assignment Details:Location: 301 Jefferson St. Suite 700 Phoenix AZ 85003 United StatesMust commit to 3, 12-hour weekly shifts for a minimum of 13 weeks for Lower Buckeye Jail InfirmaryShift: 12hr Shifts, Days or NightsContract: OngoingPay: $20/hour Minimum Qualifications:Current, valid, unrestricted license as a CNA issued by the state of Arizona.Current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.Current, completed First Aid Certification.Minimum one year of past work experience in this position. Responsibilities:Performs duties within the scope of practice to ensure quality patient care, under the direct supervision of medical or nursing personnel. Completes required documentation in the electronic health record or other modality. Prepares patients for examination and treatment, takes patient histories, vital signs, and records chief complaints. Performs office procedures, tests, and examinations. Maintains adequate supplies for exam/procedure rooms. Transcribes provider orders and schedules return appointments. Performs venipunctures and lab tests. Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
