Details- Monday - Friday - 8am-4pm
Job Descriptions: Caring for I/I at facility and making treatment decisions for chronic medical decisions
Referrals to outside facilities for special care.
Responding to accommodations requests
Guidance and care with infirmary care or diagnostic testing
Reading and reviewing x-rays and EKGs
Treatment of I/I for OUD MAT prescribing
Coordinate care with other agencies i.e. OMH in concomitant care in facility.
Post hospitalization treatment and follow up care.
Monitoring hunger strikes within facility
Emergency care of injured patients in facility i.e. splinting, stabilizing etc.
Prescribing medications for chronic or acute conditions.
Monitoring treatment in accordance with infectious disease policies for DOCCS.
Ordering imaging, labs, and ancillary health testing as appropriate for condition or complaint.
