Corrections Social Worker

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Social Worker to work at a facility in Coxsackie, NY. These are registry positions with our company. $100 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Rate: $45 / hour

Shift details:

• M-F, 8am - 4pm

Job Descriptions:

Contract Staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.

Must be a Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
