Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30AM - 5PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 1+ year related experience preferred (mortgage clerk, bank clerk, data entry clerk, etc.).
• Perform heavy 10-key data entry with accuracy.
• Sort, label, and file loan documents and packages.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Copy and scan documents for processing.
• Track and enter package details into the system.
• Organize loans alphabetically and file them accordingly.
• Use ladders (2-6 step) to retrieve and store documents. Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
